Grace Center for Spiritual Development held two conferences for women in 2018. Count It All Joy Conference was held in Manila, Philippines, with over 100 women participating. Grace student Ralene Berry shared a powerful testimony of how she found joy through Christ in her times of brokenness. The women were inspired to seek God in His Word daily through Bible journaling.

In The Woodlands, Texas, over 80 women gathered together at the Beauty Out of Brokenness Retreat. Participants were ministered to by women who shared their personal journeys of brokenness and how the Lord brought beauty out of hopeless circumstances. These women are true inspirations: Terri DunnCo-founder, Midland Classical Academy; Academic and Bible Teacher, Katherine Barner, Author, Speaker, Professional Counselor, Dian Sustek, Speaker, Author of Finding Joy in the Journey, Ralene Berry, Author, Founder of RaleneSpeaks, Sherry Burkhard, Co-founder, Mosaics of Mercy, Amy Hauser, Co-founder, Mosaics of Mercy, Kristin Abrahams, Counselor and Care & Support Coordinator, Faith Bible Church, Kim Hess, President and founder of Cassidy Joined for Hope, Teen Suicide Awareness & Prevention, Carla McDougal, Founder of Reflective Ministries, speaker, film producer (Stronger, First Love – Breathe, Talk to God, Listen, Behind the Veil) and author (Sold Out, My Prayer Chair, and Reflecting Him).

Through the Saving Grace Podcast, we continue to provide meaningful discussions on various topics, focusing on faith, grace, and the Christian life. This year, we have learned from our guest speakers, including:

  • Dr. Dave Anderson, Founder and President of Grace School of Theology
  • Rev. Mark Rae, Executive Director of Grace Center for Spiritual Development
  • Dr. Fred Chay, Professor and Dean of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Grace School of Theology

Here’s what to expect from Grace Center for Spiritual Development:

  • Conferences and Seminars – The Grace Center for Spiritual Development is partnering with churches and ministries to bring conferences and seminars to your area. These include topics like preaching, chaplaincy, conflict resolution, victory in trials (Strong at the Broken Places), and more.
  • Non-degree Chaplaincy Program – Grace Center for Spiritual Development has partnered with CAREForce, the premier and nationally recognized Chaplaincy training ministry to bring a full line of education for existing chaplains, those desiring to become a chaplain, or those wanting to minister to others in need. Talk to us about ministry into schools, churches, hospitals, law enforcement or the military.
  • Brown Bag Lunch series – Stating in Spring of 2019, Grace Center for Spiritual Development will begin offering weekly live internet teaching. It’s called our Brown Bag series because we’d love to have you grab your lunch and join us as we dive into the Word together.
  • On Demand Online Learning – Also coming in spring of 2019 will be a series of video offerings online that you will be able to select and participate in at any time. Some of these sessions will be free and others will be fee-based but all will contain the great teaching tradition you have known from Grace.
  • The Grace Café – Also coming in 2019, our Grace Café will feature Facebook live interviews, sermons, and conversations, inviting you to get a cup of coffee and sit with us in your favorite chair to hear from spiritual leaders and influencers in the Grace community.
